Collection: Fordite
Fordite, also known as Detroit agate, Motor City agate, paint rock, or paint slag, is a lapidarist term for polished pieces of finely layered paint masses from automobile factories. Fordite is formed from over-sprayed paint on the racks where car parts are being painted. Every single piece is unique and one-of-a-kind.
